And, unfortunately, most often the fate of the candidate is in the hands of a recruiter. And it will depend on his assessment: give you a green light or send you to the bench.
Advice from recruiters for successful interviews that do not affect the assessment of the professional competence of a future employee. HR primarily focuses when evaluating a candidate on his personal qualities and motivation, as well as on compliance with corporate culture and vacancy requirements.

Employment agencies and job sites exist solely on the money of employers. I am always surprised by candidates who hope for the help of recruitment agencies in finding a job. The recruiter receives money for the selection of an employee who will correspond to the order of his client, i.e., the employer. The job seeker wants to satisfy his needs and find a job. This is where the conflict of interest manifests itself. And you can solve it only under one condition: Follow the first rule of job search: you must be in tune with the expectations of the employer, meet his requirements and satisfy his needs.
